Hi, I’m Matt Mills. For the past 14 years, I’ve been leading multi-disciplinary creative and social media teams for BarkleyOKRP. I’m currently the Executive Creative Director of a team of 80 people with the mission to fuel our brands every single day. From social activations to tomorrow’s post, we can do it all from idea to execution.

Creative should be inspired by real people and real problems. Most people hate advertising. Brands need ways to connect to their audiences in authentic and interesting ways. Brands who tell stories people want to hear win out. Brands that listen do even better.
